Thanks for looking after me. I bought a pre owned boat and the after sales service was fantastic. I had a problem with the sounder and they fixed me up without a fuss. Problem solved and improved dramatically. Back on the water this weekend. Thanks very much.

Absolutely worst service ever!Tried to charge me a $55 'handling fee' to get a warranty service done through Minn Kota. Minn Kota advised that they shouldn't be doing that.I explained this to Stewart 'the director' and he was still trying to charge me this fee - trying to obviously make some money on the side.Mentioned that if I don't pay the $55 that he will not be fixing my boat. I explained to him that once I pay the $55 if I get charged it - I will be taking it to consumer affairs. As soon as I mentioned this - he had no availability for my boat. Meanwhile - I had already booked it in with another staff member.So unreasonable and unprofessional.I took my warranty claim service elsewhere to someone who isn't trying to steal my money and pull the wool over my eyes.Watch out....

From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff listened to our needs and helped us select all the options on the 730HT that would make our life an ease. Although we asked heaps of questions, the staff happily answered every single one of them. Integrity, trust and value for money is how we feel about In & Outboard Marine.

Exceptional service from Graham in spare parts

Took our fishing boat in for a service and had a terrrible experience. Undertook work without approval, which was unneccesary as it was outside the scope of the service. Bill was in the thousands with highly inflated labour charges. We tried to contest but they threatened to not release out boat until the bill was settled. Took the boat on the water engine wouldn't start. Took it back to In & Outboard to fix their dodgy work. They said they would fix it up with no fee but when we went to collect there was another bill for >$500 for work we never agreed to and was unnecessary (claimed delaminated fuel line). Again we protested and they threatened not to release our boat. Vowed never to use them again for boat repairs/services. In & Out of our Pocket" is a common reference used by many people in Darwin for their services. Wish we had known this before."
