Specifically, I was disappointed to receive only 20 minutes' notice of a weather-related cancellation.As a customer, I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I appreciate your efforts to prioritize safety for the child. However, I believe that providing such short notice can create significant inconvenience for those who have made plans or arrangements around their visit to your business.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding the recent tennis bootcamp for kids. While I appreciate the effort that you and your staff put into organizing the event, I wanted to express my concern regarding the lack of tennis-related activities .During the bootcamp, it seemed like the children were not engaged in tennis-related activities and that the event was more like a day-care center. This was disappointing as I was hoping that my child would have the opportunity to develop their tennis skills in a fun and engaging environment.

I love KWTA! I have spent many years visiting KWTA with my family. Elise who runs the centre is always very friendly and accommodating as are her staff. I can’t recommend more highly.

I just wanted to reach out and say that I have been very impressed with the staff at your camp. They have been incredibly friendly and helpful to both me and my daughter, which has made our experience much more enjoyable.However, my daughter did mention to me that due to the bad weather, she did not get to participate in any tennis activities for the entire day of the camp. While I understand that this is beyond your control, I was wondering if it might be possible for the camp to organize some indoor tennis-related activities for days when the weather doesn't cooperate.
