I can never thank Director Melonie Bayl-Smith for providing me with my first intern opportunity. Melonie is an award winning designer, who works tirelessly to ensure her clients needs are not only met, but that they are delighted by them, and that they inspire their day to day living. Her commitment to architectural design is powerful, and her passion is evident in all her work. She has a capable and talented team of hand selected designers in her studio, to ensure each project is fresh and personal, with a wealth of ideas and inspiration under her honed supervision. No detail is left unconsidered in her work, and her commitment to her clients and creating beautiful places and spaces is evident through her work. Her tertiary educational work is demonstrative of her commitment to forwarding strong design principles to future generations, and her desire to embrace innovation and excellence. This is a strong and capable studio who create designs that are not just necessary for their clients, but loved by them.
