When we requested to terminate early due to poor service, they fraudulently replaced the front page of our contract inferring different terms. When this was raised they further adjusted the contract including entering fake commencement dates and backdating execution dates. They tried using a debt collector to coerce us into paying the falsified charges, but they disappeared once we showed them the trail of falsified documents and that dispute was with efex. Multiple calls and emails and no response from anyone at the actual company, but they continue sending invoices.Basically we are getting the same service in the dispute that we received when they were allegedly servicing us. Felt compelled to post after receiving another invoice today. Not only poor service, but continue to waste my admin and my time. STAY AWAY!!!

My company switched to them, worst choice they've ever made, I don't know how they can charge the amount they do. Their IT support is god awful, it's like they've hired the bottom of the barrel rejects, there's constant problem's, which they just fumble around in the dark to fix. Geeks 2 U would probably do a better job. Save your money and try any other company. I can only hope we switch from this Mr Bean excuse for a tech company soon.

Posting this so everyone knows the truth Efex are shocking they will respond to my review saying a customer account manager will work through the issue.. THEY ARE 100% not!This is completely INCORRECT nothing happens they never call you, nothing ever gets resolved and they never accept the blame.Do not sign anything this company ever puts in front of you.Their reviews are fake they even posted a google review from their company account stating Efex is great.The issues with this company run deeper than our current issue everything we have ever done has been an issue some notable mentions are:Over a month getting the phone system implemented and had two semi working phone systems during this timeConstant errors in our phone system set up random dates for no reasonRandomly diverting entire system to staff mobiles.Randomly reverting to Easter and Christmas configurations every few monthsWeeks on end of no response to service calls.Getting sold a fibre connection for an ISP is so bad our account manager (Steve) admitted Efex stopped endorsing he then went on to tell us they no longer purchase from this ISP but unfortunately they signed a contract for us and we are stuck also costs us $4000 relocation fee that EFEX refused to help pay for even though it's their contract.Our account manager has never ever remedied 1 issue he promises the world and dissapears.Do not believe anything that is written in response to this post EFEX never ever fix anything the only way it is resolved is if I have deleted this review

What a shocking company price gouging contracts continuous errors during set up.Do not ever sign anything they put in front of you.Reviews left on google are from their own employees call the help desk and ask for Alex Till he has left reviews here and he works in their IT department.Steer well clear.

If i could give zero stars i would. Do not go with this company under any circumstances. They are rip off merchants that lie and deceive customers. They are extremely poorly run, with atrocious customer service, if you could call it that. I dont know how they can continue to operate, they are scammers. Beware at all costs!!!!

efex is currently running consecutive managed print services for St Andrews Toowoomba Hospital, and we can see no reason to change at this stage.Their service and responsiveness in supporting our organisation is exemplary, while still being very competitive in the market.The relationship that we have with efex has allowed us to cut our print spend considerably, while maintaining a positive and rewarding engagement generally.I willingly recommend them to any other organisation!
