The Lockyer Doctors Gatton

The staff are very professional courteous and delightful to deal with.My GP ( Jasleen Gill) exemplifies everything that one would expect of a caring doctor who has your health and welfare as her primary concern.I would not hesitate in recommending this facility to anyone with a health issue.

Front counter where rude no customer service I was struggling to breath all needed was my script for meds, all they could say is you don't have an appointmentDo they know how dangerous Asama is

Beware of the rude lady at front desk sitting on right side. She yelled and insulted me today Instead of solving my query.

This medical practice is not what it used to be since Dr Bevan and the other older drs retiredAll of the doctors are abrupt and non caring almost to the point of medical gaslighting never listen and rudeIf you go into see a doctor which I have done you wish you never wentAfter being a patient there for a number of years I have had enough

I rather travel much further to see a good doctor who is willing to help , than stay local & than see any of the Lockyer Doctors clinics , Anytime they get a decent doctor they never stay for long.You are not a person, just another number.

Been attending this service since its opening I'm very happy with quality of Doctors and staff here,with exception of beeing told by a doctor they will no longer treat U or Ur mother,via the reception staff,by the way guys this is against the law in QueenslandRegardsMeredith L Bognar

the only doctors practice i go to where i am treated as a human and not a number or just another patient who is in pain or sick! love Dr Angela and am grateful to all the beautiful reception girls who are there to assist not to mention my wonder nursing staff !!!!

The doctors for the most part are amazing. One or 2 are completely rude when you have let something go for so long and finally get it checked.The reception staff member at Gatton (Deb I think her name is. Was Sunday duty 23/1) was a complete you know what to a pregnant woman who was in for a pregnancy check and for another woman who had to wait outside with her baby and came to ask how much longer only to be abused by this reception woman.She has no kindness or understanding toward paitents. She is horrible and nasty!! Talking about other paitents to incoming paitents!!!!This staff members behaviour is disgusting. Then spray PEOPLE with disinfectant spray and then abusing people cause they cough BECAUSE of the spray!!!!I get it's covid and a dr surgery etc I completely get that BUT come on!! Be more compassionate!!!!

Receptionist are really rude and have poor customer service, went and took my grandma there for a appointment that they made her and we were waiting 40 minutes because the doctor kept seeing his regular patients.. don't give someone a appointment time if your not going to atleast advise that he's going to see his regulars first

Yesterday I came here for the first time, the reception lady welcome me warmly and give instructions what to do for newcomer clearly, the doctor also great for understanding my problem even though there were some language barrier
