Came off a recommendation and so glad I did. This was the first piercings I have ever had and the team was so professional, friendly and informative from picking the jewellery to the actual piercing. Dan was amazing making sure I was comfortable and the placement was perfect.They have also provided excellent after care services and advice. I have been back for downsizing and always happy to help!

I've now had four piercings at Stone Heart with Eden (@stab.rat) and I'd find it hard to go anywhere else. The studio is welcoming and the staff all exude good vibes. The jewellery selection is excellent, and as an APP/AUPP studio you know the technique and hygiene will be impeccable.Eden is a total legend, who has been happy to help suggest piercings and get me the look I want within the confines of my anatomy. Every suggestion is met with a yes, and! or a no, but... - My ear wouldn't suit a traditional industrial, so Eden custom bent one, which looks phenomenal!Overall, a welcoming, safe, and professional studio, highest reccomendation!

I have had a LOT of piercing experiences but Stone Heart was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Every single person in there was considerate and fun and made me feel completely at ease. My piercer took forty minutes just to make sure that my piercings were placed right and fit with the anatomy of my ear, and he helped me choose jewelry that would make my ear heal right, not just look cute. Stone heart is not only an amazing place to get pierced, but it had the most amazing atmosphere too and I cannot wait to come back. I wish I could give them a 10/5 star rating.

Just had a helix ear piercing. These guys and girls were great to deal with that’s why I went back for my second piercing. They didn’t rush me to choose the right stone. Everything is sterilised they explained everything before they start and told me what to do with my after care. Highly recommend using them as they are very professional

Amazing piercing experience with Eden! Eden was so great and caring, and the whole team made me feel super comfortable and looked after throughout. Amazing cleanliness and sterilisation also, can't fault at all :)

Just had my upper lobe pierced today - and it was seriously amazing!! Eden is def a pro at what she does and the whole process was incredibly smooth and painless. Unquestionable 5 stars for lovely Eden and the team member at Stone Heart! Can’t wait to have my next piercing here xxx

Had my nose septum pierced here by Eden, who was incredibly accomodating and helpful throughout the whole process! She was sure to inform me about every question I might have had and was very meticulous with her piercing. Although I felt like a waterfall ran down my face, she reassured me and made sure that it was extremely normal since the since there’s some connection with the nerves in your nose. Regardless, Eden was a pleasure to be pierced by and I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome!

Second time ive been here & it's such a vibe. Daniel is the coolest guy and keeps you informed during and after the piercing! ill be back again & again. I had a fun & i love my new helix

Went with a couple of friends so two of us could get a new ear piercing. We weren't sure of placement/what kind of earring but Fabs was great. Gave us a few options and recommendations based on our shape and what earrings would be suitable. Would definitely recommend for the knowledgeable and friendly staff and also the super clean and sterile facilities!!
