Covid has made things difficult and i am more than understanding of that. I am aware it is currently harder for you to get parts for mowers so i have been patient and have been mowing my yard for months and months with a fancy commercial push mower because the self propel lever snapped at the weld on our honda mower within only having been used a handful of times. As much as i appreciate the extra work out and probably need it. I am disappointed that each time we have contacted your store to see how it is going (it's been months) We get rudely reminded that if you had it you would call. Luckily it turns out this time we rang up and a worker looked it up it said you had the replacement part in and are now trying to locate it. Fingers crossed our mower will be assisting with getting itself up the slope in the yard again soon as it's not the lightest thing to push. All in all i enjoy your store and the prices are great. I just feel that the customer service could be improved slightly on the phone.

Had my mower repaired. Very knowledgeable staff. They were very professional and the job was done in good time and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Dealt with these guys for nearly 30 years, bought last ride on mower about 4 years ago. Collecting mower never was an issue (I don't have a trailer) and service was great. Now want over $500 to collect and return for a service. Doesn't pay these days to be a loyal customer.

Had a special on a line trimmer for Christmas They also threw in spare cord pack, plus a shoulder strap for free. Most helpful staff and the tool is ready to go. Very happy with the service.

I got such fantastic service when I took my chainsaw in to get repaired recently. For someone who doesn't know alot about power tools, the staff made it extremely easy to understand what the problem was. They got my chainsaw back up & running within a couple of hours so I am very happy with that!

They price matched a generator from online for me, good price thank you. The lady there is very polite and friendly, excellent customer service skills. But guys in the shop don't seem too cheerful. It felt like they thought they were doing me a favour putting it through the till - I'm doing you guys a favour not buying it online. I get a better welcome and smile from my postman. I like buying local if I can, even if I end up paying more or missing out on bonuses. Everyone loves great customer service, and it makes you feel better about buying.

Honda mower & brushcutter/linetrimmer dropped in for service on Thursday morning, quoted a repair time of approx. 5 business days. I received a text message on Friday mid-morning advising it was ready for pickup! Excellent turnaround - considering I was prepared for 4+ weeks that I've been hearing from yard equipment repairs around town.Both pieces of equipment now work better than they did before, maybe better than they ever have.Damien on the front counter is very friendly.
