The therapist, Lisa, was great. I had been having troubles with occasional shoulder pain and stiffness, over a few sessions, Lisa was able to diagnose and rectify the issues.

I am a delivery driver, and over the past 7 to 8 months I have been suffering from pain in my left shoulder, mainly while preforming tasks of pulling or lifting boxes. Up to date I have had 4 treatments with Lisa and I feel a tremendous improvement, to a level that my shoulder is almost back to normal.So, after over half a year of having issues with my shoulder, to have it almost completely fixed within 4 weeks is a very big relief for me.Erez

After 6 weeks of physiotherepy and acupuncture to a pinched nerve in my shoulder I was still suffering until I stumbled across this gem. After diagnosis and 1 round of therepy I have been relieved of all nerve pain in my shoulder. All I can say is give it a go :)

Highly recommended++, excellent quality & durable results.My psychologist recommended Lisa to me & I never realised before that emotions/traumas can live in some parts of the body. I've seen a lot of therapists in my time so it's rare for me to connect instantly the way I did with Lisa. She was switched on from the beginning to what was causing my pain and also followed up to see how I was getting on. She specialises in Myofascial release, which is second to none. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lisa is an extraordinary therapist. She has masterful skills at her fingertips and can diagnose and treat a large range of physical issues which seems like complete magic!! I love my visits and have had massage, myo-facial release, cranio-sacral therapy and lymphatic drainage. An absolutely wonderful and kind human too!

I have been going to Lisa for years, I still thank the friend who recommended her. Lisa is amazing, she’s the first person I’ve found who has great knowledge and is very skilled at diagnosing where pain is coming from. I drive an hour to see her and it’s absolutely worth it. Would highly recommend Lisa.
