Telstra Esperance

Terrible customer service. The guy at the front desk was very rude when I asked for help and told me to wait because he was too busy with something. He totally dismissed me, leaving me to wait for a long time disrespecting my time and showing a complete lack of interest in serving me. I would never go there ever again. I'd rather travel for 8hrs to Perth because that's probably how long it would take till I was finally served by someone anyway!!!

Visited the Esperance Telstra shop twice in a week with 2 completely different problems. Both times was made to feel as though it wasn’t their remit to help unless they could sell me something. Didn’t even try. I went down the road to the electronics store who sold me a cable that fixed one problem other still on going. Haven’t needed to go in for ages and feel the whole attitude has changed. Customer service, not!

My partner went to the telsra shop in Esperance just to get his new phone started up and transfer his info (to technical for us oldies) .thanks to the sales man who was so helpful and understanding . Nice to get some decent service.

Friendly staff but unable to help with my problem - trying to SMS a relative overseas but my phone tells me the number is wrongly formatted. They had nothing to offer that I hadn't already tried. Also, they seemed somewhat indifferent to my need to make contact given the deaths caused by the coronavirus in that part of the world. I admit that I was disappointed in their attitude, not to mention poor problem solving skills. I need to upgrade my phone this year and I am definitely not going to go to Murray Street outlet! Sorry guys.

Worst experience I've ever had. The treatment I got from Murray was rude and impatient. He treated me as though I was dumb and was aggressive at any chance he had. He seemed not to realise that I was doing them a service by buying from them not the other way around. Very disappointing.

Visited the store to look into my internet connection options. The staff member Lachlan was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely consider making a purchase at this fine establishment.

Excruciatingly poor speeds.0.20 mbps is some serious Banana Republic tech.Its embarrassing to be at the local caravan park and see all the interstate and overseas visitors experiencing such third world technology.
