Our Wardrobe planning consultation with Andy at the Robina store was exciting, interesting and educational. Once we had our wardrobe design locked in, Alex visited to do the official measure of our space. On installation day, Alex was accurate and efficient. The end result is a wardrobe we are very happy with and it is now a useful room, rather than the dungeon it was before. Thank you Andy for your experience and knowledge, helping us with our design. It has made a real difference to our everyday use of our WIR.

Kim, Andy and Tom from the robina store were extremely helpful from start to finish. They worked with us to design my ideal kitchen and Made sure that it was within my budget. And tom made the installation process as smooth as possible by organising the trades for me. I was so happy with their service that I have since returned to the store to get our wardrobe and laundry renovated. Highly recommend them.

Very slow response abt the warranty issue of discolouring cupboards & drawers which only 3 yrs old by kitchen connection, shameful. And just becos we r not the one sign the contract, we buy the house with a new kitchen which the kitchen connection said not under the warranty clause.....we are suffered and pay the premium for a kitchen which is so low quality. Very disappointed abt this tricky after service committment.

Prices are way over the top. Would not reccomend unless you want a sales pitch with a high price tag. Went elsewhere and got the same kitchen i was quoted for half the price.

We had a beautiful kitchen installed last year. Kitchen Connection were very professional to deal with and the designer they sent us was exceptional. We made our choice with her advice and I have to admit, we chose a few small items over her warnings (small things, regarding handles etc) and she was right. We should have listened and they were an easy enough fix. But if you get sent a designer, pay attention. They want you to be happy with the way a kitchen functions too, and long term their advice is money well spent. Kitchen Connection also made sure we were 100% happy with the outcome, and they made our kitchen renovation a much easier process than some other parts of the house! :-)

I had my dream wardrobe installed, where a large bedroom was on the 9th December 2022. Alex & his wife did the installation all in 1 day! when initially it was going to be 3. They did a beautiful & very precise job. Alex has an eye for the finer details & is a perfectionist, which is fantastic in this industry and gets the job done with speed. Andy designed my wardrobe, taking into account all my needs & advising me on things I had overlooked. There wasn't anything that was too much trouble for Andy, driving out over & over to check on changes or indecisiveness. He is exceptional at designing wardrobes with so many needs. I highly recommend wardrobe connection due to Andy & Alex. I am super proud of my wardrobe room & the beautiful space I now have. Why didn't I so this sooner! It is worth every cent.Thank you

Full kitchen installing in November 2021. 6 months later caesar stone bench top cracked. Informed kitchen connections several times. Not one response back. We went into the showroom to ask what's the delay. Got told that we would get a call back the next business day. That was a week ago. Going to QBCC

Very happy with our new kitchen and laundry from Kitchen connect. The kitchen and laundry are now complete. We would like to say how happy we are with the service , first all the girls in the Robina store was very helpful. The designer did a very good job also our customer support manager Luke Turner has been so helpful all the way through ,he has been in contact with me letting me know what is happening and any questions i had. he would get back to me very quickly , he also kept me up to date with all the dates when things were going to happen always on time with the progress. Brook Johnston was our installer so professional . The electrician doing all our work was David Gledhill from G 2 electrical did a great job had no problems at at all. The plumber we had is from Randal Grant plumbing (Vibe Plumbing) Chris Hume is the person who did it all very good work , he got my laundry up and running for me straight away as i would have been left without any sinks down stairs thank you. The stone company who supplied my stone and installed it did a perfect job, Josh Woodhouse and Griffin Wood have fitted our bench tops and island so happy with their work . We found that all the trades supplied from Kitchen Connection are all out standing tradesmen. The cabinets are fist class . I would recommend Kitchen connection for your new Kitchen and laundry, one very happy customer.

Our near new kitchen has discoloured! The white laminate has turned yellow on 2 of our drawers! The kitchen is still under warranty but they will not honour their faulty product because we are new owners. We have even offered to pay for the fix up of their inferior products, but instead of trying to help us out they have stopped responding to us. We are now stuck with ruined drawers and no way of fixing it. Customer service is atrocious!

Kitchen Connection will happily design your dream kitchen and then comes the punchline, the price.I had a designer come to my home, I was working with a 10K budget for an extremely small kitchen for my two bedroom unit. While I worked with the designer I constantly asked if what we were designing was in the budget, I was told yes every time. It came to the end of the design and the price came in at 19K ! I was shocked, this kitchen was tiny, basic finish with a stone top. Something very achievable in a 10k budget.Here comes the sales pitch. As a sat there realising that the kitchen I had dreamed of was out of my price range, the designer hit me hard with the sales pitch. I don't normally do this
