Just got off the phone to Jordan here at reconnect and she has, in 10 mins, saved our business over $160/ month in internet charges and upgraded our modem/ router. Very happy customers. Would highly recommend.

Got a new samsung s8 under contract thru reconnect corowa. The Gps never worked. Staff have been useless in sorting out the issue. No offer of a loan phone when my dudd phone went off to be fixed. Apparently telstra have no record of phone being sent for repair. Phone apparently had no issue, however gps still didn't work. The store have just passed the buck saying I have to sort it out with samsung. Have spent several hours calling to try and sort the issue out. So much for consumer laws about repair, replacement, refund. All that means nothing when u deal with telstra, samsung or reconnect corowa. Extremely poor customer service

Great service would recommend this to any one

The people in the Corowa Reconnect are great, patient and good at explaining everything. Yesterday I went there with a friend who is having problems with her phone not charging. She bought it there and they confirmed that the phone is still under warranty and it has been shipped off to get fixed. Reconnect lent her a phone to use in the meantime.

Very helpful and my issues were dealt with pretty quick
