Got kicked out for telling another guest to stop damaging property while the whole entire staff and security knew at the time !! Been a regular for over 13 years never stepping back into this business who are clueless or don't care for who they work for !! Incident happen 07/01/23 21:53 est.

Tried to buy a product that is in stock and was told they could t because it was still on a pallet, rang up and asked for one and was told 45 minutes, went to pick it up and was told no and that they weren’t selling it, bad service very rude

A really interesting range of craft beer backed up by helpful, knowledgeable staff. Definitely well worth a visit.

Refused service for not having ID for my daughter, who is 18 anyway. After much deliberation and ridiculousness (I should have walked in the bottleshop but that defeats the purpose) my daughter reinstated her passwords and was able to produce her id showing her ID. The alcohol was for xmas presents. I must be out of date as apparently anyone assumed under 18, in the car, must produce ID. I am currently working on the ID for my 3 year old, which apparently refuses service.Never going back again to a place that forgoes common sense for computer like thinking.My advise, drop the family on the corner before being served or go elsewhere. Not blaming the camel, just the undermanned and undertrained staff. I had been going there since the early 90's, disappointing.

We can usually get all that we require alcohol wise.Some cask wines we can not seem to get, so we head to another outlet.Usually our experience at this drive through bottle shop is very good. Cheers team.

When their website says one price, you get charged another, and they throw every excuse they could think of at you to avoid owning THEIR error and honouring their price it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.Excuse 1). Different stores have different prices.....debunked as being the issue because my store was CLEARLY set to THE HIGHWAY store as I showed staff.Excuse 2). Sometimes when you add it to your cart it gives you a different price.....debunked as the issue because I had done this and showed them my cart with the lower pricing.Excuse 3). We've got a different special now.....debunked because the website was live and refreshed for them and was still showing the cheaper price.Excuse 4). Sometimes it's an online only offer.....well it doesn't say that ANYWHERE.......BUT somehow I have got something wrong????Reading their T&C's shows they have given themselves all the power and can cancel orders after purchase where any pricing errors exist so I don't see the point in click & collect either. Based on the service I got I get the feeling they would have simply told me upon arrival that their pricing was wrong and to cough up extra or take the refund. This is simply false advertising and nothing more to it. Their website is therefore pointless if it can't be trusted and won't be honoured.They showed me their middle finger so I returned the favour and went home to collect my full purchase to return for a refund. In principle I will take my business to FASSINA down the road, or anywhere else for that matter, where there is zero chance of an encounter with more dodgy retail ethics and short-sightedness, and more business accountability.

Good specials and craft beer selection. Staff could be friendlier.
