Brand new store so far as I can tell. Really young staff who are friendly and so far have made 4 great takeaway experiences. Would certainly recommend as I will return again to have some more.

This is the first place where they charge extra for lettuce or corn..all other states Zambrero is excellent. The staff might even charge extra for smiling. undertrained staff and bad food..first time we dint finish our food, but chose to throw away

The place is always empty, staff not even trying to be friendly, ordered burrito and been served with pathetic small wrap with as small as possible amount of salads added into it, at the end I asked to add lime juice - the girl took empty lime shell squeezed it maybe one drop went to my food, I asked for more lime juice she answered that was enough. I should walk away without this, well never come back there again.

Door dash driver Shiv was incompetent. Couldn't understand where I lived or the number of my house and unit and then didn't leave it at my door like requested, but I had to walk out to meet his female passenger. Door dash is a terrible delivery service. Won't be using it again, as the stress of trying to explain where I live to someone who doesn't understand English, numbers or even colours is so frustrating!

I have given one star because I stated clearly in my order ‘no tomatoes’ and when my food was delivered it had tomatoes! I was not able to eat.

I am a big Zambreros fan but unfortunately now on two separate occasions you have left a long line of customers waiting for service (1 person serving walk ins) whilst there’s 2+ people out the back packing Uber/Door Dash orders at a slow pace. I’ve watched customers in the line mutter under their breath & walk out & I myself have also now walked & will be hesitant to return until a priority is put on customers that bothered to drive & come into the store.

Had a quick takeaway lunch from Zombreros Melrose park on theway home on Saturday, it was a great serve.Staff were really lovely.

Had some great service yesterday. James and Austin were able to make my order whilst having an engaging conversation. Austin then made sure I had everything I needed and offered me a rewards card. I will definitely be coming back

Sad to report as Ive enjoyed Zambrero's on a few occasions but after last nights meal, I have experienced the most violent case of food poisoning. Only mentioning on a review as I may not be the only customer who experienced this.I ordered Nacho's.

The staff member that served me was super nice and friendly and chatted while making my burrito. The food is good for takeaway and the fact they can accommodate to vegans. The store was clean.
