These guys are the best. Fantastic service, and go out of their way to be helpful.In an industry in which you generally expect either dishonesty or incompetence (or often both), Beaurepaires South Yarra are a refreshing change.Highly recommended. I would not go anywhere else.

Jack and Daniel did a fantastic job of fitting 4 new tyres on my car. The pricing was great and the service was even better. Friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Couldn't recommend them more highly. My battery had died so they let me come straight in and made time to see me straight away, tested and replaced the battery within 20 minutes. Genuine, nice people that are transparent and don't try to overcharge or make you pay for something you don't need. Best experience i've ever had at a car garage. They've earned one more loyal customer today.

Great service today, in and out in under 30 minutest puncture fixed and original tire back on the vehicle, if only everything in life was this easy and if only everyone you met was this easy to along with. These two bloke are an an asset to to organisation, no wonder there are so many great reviews.

Called up to get a flat tyre changed, and the guy firstly quoted that the replacement would be $580 for a single tyre (!!!!!), and then said that there were none available in all of VIC nor NSW. This seemed weird, so I called another place who were able to source the right tyre and replace it same day for $340.I wouldn't bother with Beaurepaires again. Try Donnellans The Tyremen (Bridgestone) in Collingwood instead.

We recently experienced a tyre puncture firat thing in the morning, which was quite an inconvenience and stressful. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service we received.Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who quickly assessed the damage to our tyre and recommended the appropriate repair. The staff member was very knowledgeable.The repair was completed swiftly, and I was back on the road in no time. Thanks again!

Drove in with a completely flat tyre and a flat spare from the day before. Staff member (Daniel) was amazing!! Although booked out, fitted me in straight away so I could get to work on time!! A big thank you.

The best customer service I've had from any tyre shop or even mechanic. Finding honest people in the automotive industry is actually possible! Showed up to get tyre condition checked, instead of pushing a sale the store manager gave me a suggestion how to fix existing tyre, got down, felt across tyre and told me that alignment not yet needed either. I'm now customer for life and will recommend this store to all.

Second time visit and the new team Nash & his collegue helped me out urgently as i was due to drive to a friend's wedding in the country only to find myself with a flat tyre before departure .... couldn't be more than thankful as they were generous with their time to look after me on a hectic saturday morning for them ... super helpful, super lovely & did a check on all my tyres, and got me to the church on time ... :-)Can’t say I’ve ever had that level of amazing customer service. Daniel put me at ease from the moment he checked out my problem, explained what needed to be done, did the job there and then as I needed to get to a meeting, and got the job done quickly, efficiently and inexpensively. All of this with a smile that left me feeling I had a uniquely positive experience. Top star & score service! … Thanks Daniel (and got to my meeting with 5 minutes to spare!)
