Receptionists are rude, doctors are allowed useless call you in at a time then you end up waiting an hour plus to be seen after your initial appointment. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! You're better off seeing a reiki healer then coming here because you'll leave with chronic depression. If I could award 0 stars I would

I am looking for a new Doctor as mine has left without a word to let me know she had??? I have spoken to some friends of late and they said to try Morayfield Medical & dental centre, and to see Dr Shea but before I do I have just read all the reviews about this medical centre, it is very disappointing to read all those very negative reviews

Didn't even make into the building, walked up to front door to read hours and had the rudest older lady cleaner come out and have a go at us. I'm struggling to breath and just trying to find a doctor. I didn't need that. New to the area and had heard they were a 24hr.

I have been going here for years I don't know if it has new owners or not.But it has changed.Gave my Medicare card then was told it was going to be around $75 for the consolidation. The doctor was rude and then got to the counter and was told to pay $115 for a 15 minute consultation , that's $460 an hour

Useless! the receptionists here have been rude for years and years. You’ll never get in on time, and they will literally leave you standing there for 20 minutes and not acknowledge you. Worst practice i’ve ever been to. Goodluck trying to contact them over the phone too, they don’t answer. They stand around talking and ignore the phone ringing.

Got charged $90 to get my blood pressure taken and get a script written, i wasn’t even in there for 5 minutes. Had to wait ages to get recognised

We only come for one amazing dr. Unfortunately the wait can be extremely long. Usually 1-3 hrs. Longest wait was 6 hrs. As company makes dr see first availables (walk-in, which keep coming) and then his patients. Line up can be metres long. Treatment room, dentist, physio all at centre. No chemist. Wheelchair accessible lift. They need a script pickup, so people just wanting renewed scripts don't have to wait hrs.

Very bad service. I looked online to see if this centre was still a walk in service as I hadn’t been in a while. Health direct states it is a walk-in centre no appointment needed. I get there in chronic pain and I was turned away. I showed the receptionist the website information and it changed nothing. No Centre in the area is walk-in anymore or bulk billed. No Centre can see people when they are urgent. I had to go to hospital to do what a doctor could have done. This system is broken!

Been going there for probly 15 years or more,It’s terrible the way administration have treated me very upsetting no ability to communicate nothing but a generic number maybe they should realise that most people need to put there glasses to read signs on walls old fashioned speaking would help, this comment does not reflect on the Dental department there.
