Have been having Shiatsu massages fortnightly from Nicole and definitely feeling the benefit. Nicole is amazing and always checks in how you have been doing since last massage and is always very respectful of my needs. Recommend very highly.

Yoga never ‘clicked’ for me before I came to Nicole. Her classes are small and welcoming. She has a knack for figuring out how to help me get the poses right. I am now more confident and am really enjoying my yoga. I can’t rate her class highly enough.

The beginners yoga classes aith Nicole are amazing. I always feel relaxed the next day and my body is definitely becoming more aligned as the classes continue each week. A fantastic teacher.
