Total Tools Castle Hill

Love this place for multiple reasons. Once I left half my goods in the store (bumped into an old friend and was doing 2 rounds, before forgetting to go back in for the 2nd).The guys working here were very considerate, called me right away and stayed open even though it was just around closing time/ just past closing time.They have great prices for things like construction adhesive, demonstrator tools and their (seemingly exclusive?) ‘Detroit’ brand - especially their track saw.The staff are also very considerate when price matching things, but may not match ‘Amazon’ (from my experience).Also, when it comes to returns, they have been super helpful. Unlike other places I know, these guys are very understanding. No tension, awkwardness nor resistance. They are very helpful and that is why I will continue to give them my preference when shopping for tools.Keep a look out for their ‘trade day’ specials - usually near EOFY or near Easter, Christmas etc. or if Sydney Tools is having one, which these guys usually match!

i urgently needed specialized cutting blades for vehicle rescue, to be transported via a special pick up to the Laos PDR. Dana and the blokes understood the criticality and over rode there own IT systems to make sure the blades were there and given to the courier without fail. This is despite the fact i did not even have an account with them when i contacted them remotely from Asia. I shudder to think what would have happened if i had to go through an offshore call centre & stupid chatbots, to arrange this. The guys here are so helpful! If they don't have what you need they tell you where to find it. If you have a question they will respond thoughtfully and are happy to discuss the pros and cons of options with them. As a woman I find the experience here really positive.

After spending way too many year shopping at Sydney tools, total tools is a breath of fresh air. The lay out is neat, staff are friendly and helpful.

From the moment I walked in to enquire about a small item I was politely greeted. Helped a lot to make sure that I'm getting the right stuff and right till the end I walked out feeling really good. I wish I asked for that guys name to give him a shout out here. I just spent $5 and received a great service? I'm definitely coming back here!

After years of good experience's and countless dollars spent at total tools in particular the Penrith store..Castle Hill total tools Is now My local store and unfortunately My opinion has now changedAfter encountering a sales personnel by the name of DARRYL THE DUDHis arrogance and lack of competence has now changed my opinion of Total tools ..A14 year old kid from bunnings would know more about customer service than this goose

As soon as I walked in the staff were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Explained the difference between two products to help me choose which one to purchase and helped me load it into my car. They also have members benefits for points so when you buy a bunch of tools you get something out of it unlike Bunnings. I don't think I'd go anywhere else for tools. Will be back.

All of my visits to this place has been a pleasent experience, especially dealing with the staff here. A big shout out to Diani (i.e. the elderly gentleman whose name starts with D, not sure if i got his name right). He is so polite helpful and caring. One of the Kaercher items that I was looking for and not sure about the compatibility, he went to great lengths to get it clarified with the company, and again source it from a different TT outlet as it was not available at TT, Castle Hill. It was such a great experience speaking to him and his promptness in getting back to me. Thanks a ton to you guys for your wonderful service!
