They are running a scam with the trailer hire. You can pay at the machine and if BP staff dont like the look of you... you don't get the trailer. Even if you are looking at a whole carpark full of trailers. They will ignore you. No one will tell you why AFTER paying the money you're not allowed the trailer. And then when you ask about getting a refund no one wants to hear you or help you. Only when my son yelled did they react. And not well.Accusatory and double down with poor , rude customer service.Don't give this business your custom, money or time. Avoid.BP you need to look into the many complaints in this thread.

Kamal aka “Eddy” and his boys run a tight operation over at BP Deer Park. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and never need to wait long for my pump to activate. Additionally, for a petrol station, I must say the toilets are always in good condition. I’ll go out of my way to have a friendly chat with Kamal.Way to go, lads!

The only servo left I can get a decent ham, cheese and tomato sandwich amymore. Yeah, I'm glaring at you 7-11. Least BP haven't dropped their balls yet!!

Very disappointingA service industry petrol station did not ask customers clearly whether they went to the bathroom or why they stayed at the carpark of the petrol station and just bulling to customer (Me). It was completely uncivilized, low animal behavior, and racial discrimination. Can not accept the owner with this attitudes work at petrol station who from Australia

Probably not their fault but diesel prices are ridiculous right now! The place could do with a bit of a spruce up. Inside space is pretty good.

Bad customer service, pour petro 30$ and charged 40$ then complains about how we said its 40 thats why they put 40$ when i only quote out the fuel station no i was poured my petro, i had to comeback 2 times to get a refund, the service was unacceptable, “Eddy” was very unprofessional and bad attitude. he doesnt accept joint account bank card and requested for me to pay back him 10$ That he refund in to that card! and get the exactly card back for refund , also i was there first and he make me to stand on the side to wait when every-time customer came in. Horrible experience!!! Bp is a big company so this should not be happening
