Dowell Windows

Save yourself the angst and $ and DON’T use this company for your new build or refurb.Terrible service,failed to deliver all the windows and the builder has waited months for replacements that still haven’t arrived.It’s one thing to mess up an order and a delivery, that happens, but to wait longer than it would normally be to make the whole order again + then some what’s to say except tell others not to trust your $ in this terrible brand (I’m pretty sure they don’t manufacture themselves). AND they simply don’t care.The missing windows apparently were located (destroyed) on another building site so they made them again (so they said). Months later we are still waiting. Dowell windows and doors is not a company you should trust.

Worst customer service. Very unreliable and doesn’t care about customers. Please make sure your builder is not using Dowell. Avoid Avoid Avoid Dowell.......

very professional, efficient and a master of his work. he arrived at the time agreed and knew exactly what to look for and what had to be done and all was done very quickly without fuss. I would highly recommend them

four emails three phone calls over a six week period and still no reply. Not even a confirmation of email receipt. Just not interested i guess.

Worst Windows ever!! DO NOT USE THESE WINDOWS. I have had 6 leaking windows replaced now I have another 9 and a huge sliding door. My house is ruined the carpets ruined the paint work and architraves and cornices downstairs from the water leaking upstairs . I have over $150,000 worth of damage to my home. 4 years ago they replaced 6 windows and they still haven’t paid for any repairs to the damage and now I have a further hundred of thousands worth of damage and a wet house.
