We had lunch here on a rainy and quiet Saturday. The food was delicious. We had the Prawn dosai, and Lamb dosai ($14.90 each). The portions looked a bit smaller than the ones we had in Newtown. The samosa ($7.90) was nice. The passion fruit lassi was a bit too sweet than preferred. The card machine was down so paid using payID to their mobile number. Total bill was $41.70.

Great food, portion size and service. The Masala Dosa was delicious. Highly recommend the Prawn Balchao, we had it spicy and it didn’t disappoint. The Kadak eggplant was good also. Garlic Naan on point.2 entrees, 2 mains, 2 soft drinks, 1 rice and naan for $90

We ordered Aloo Bonda, Raj kachori, Onion Bajji, Masala dosa, Uttappam, palak paneer, chicken chettinad, rice and garlic naan. Everything was delicious and the food presentation is brilliant. Service was very friendly too. Definitely going back.

My husband and I ate at Indian Leaf for the first time and we were incredibly happy with everything we ordered. We were feeling indecisive and so ordered the vegetarian banquet. Everything we had was fresh, with quality ingredients, with great flavours and textures. The staff were also warm and friendly. We look forward to coming back soon! :)

Quiet restaurant on the second floor. We ordered the chicken biryani, two curries and garlic naan, which were all delicious. Staff was friendly and came around to check how we found the food. Would come back again.

Great authentic Indian cuisine with all the flavours intact. Great host and friendly service.Delivery or dine in is excellent quality.Only negative is the lighting could be more subtle and ambient. Note: energy saving light bulbs should never be used in a restaurant. They give off a cold light.Otherwise, a top Indian restaurant with an excellent menu and delightful true flavours. Whether you like it Tandoori Hot, or western medium/mild, they deliver appropriately as you request without losing anything along the way.New Note:They have moved to 34b Redfern Street upstairs. Great venue and excellent wrap around outdoor balcony for the warmer months.The place is beautiful and echoes the ambience of the delicious cuisine.Very impressed and I’m a huge fan.

I came here with expectations because of it’s premium price on food. I have to say, the price does not reflect the food they serve.$25 for a small bowl of beef curry is quite dear when you can get the same taste for $10 at a food court or even better taste.1 star is for the lovely waitress who served me.

We went there yesterday after seeing the reviews, however were quite disappointed with the quality of food. The goat curry was too salty and lazeez paneer was like simple onion gravy. The naan breads were obviously frozen like. And the whole dining was empty. They compensated with giving us a small kulfi, however we were overcharged (sitting charges maybe which no other restaurant changes) On the basis of reviews, I think the previous management was much better than the new one, which are truely disappointing.

We were a big group and ordered lot of items. I would say some food were good and were very average. I would not ask anyone to prefer mutton items
