Amazing costumer’s service. Good prices, super responsive service with warranty replacements. Basically came to buy a new board and got so much help with other stuff and equipment!

Went into Action sports WA a few weeks ago to buy a harness, and was stoked at the service and range they offered! I could have spent my life savings in there!Darren was also kind enough to stay open a little past closing time to allow me to choose properly, as I was leaving on a trip the next day, It is these gestures which will keep me coming back, and reflects their love for the community. Thanks mate

Bad experience. Takes no responsibility for dangerous product failures. I purchased an evolve Stoke and it is faulty where the wheels randomly force lock causing the rider to be flown from the board.I broke my arm and Evolve had the audacity to make me pay over $100 to send my board over so they could inspect. I told them I didn’t have the remote as it smashed into pieces. I reluctantly sent my board to evolve with understanding the failing component would be replaced. Evolve said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the board and nothing was replaced.I told them how this is a common issue as many people have had the same experience with the faulty board online. I suggested they take customer safety seriously. They then attempted to make me agree to a confidentiality agreement" where I am not to speak of my experience with anyone and they would send me a new remote if I agreed.Why would you not give me a replacement due to circumstances? Let alone a full refund??Why would I want a remote for a skateboard that suddenly halts to a stop going nearly 30kms?? I can’t even sell the board on as I do not want to be responsible for serious injury or death. Clearly Evolve isnt bothered by customer safety."

Todd was fantastic repairing my clickbar. He spent about an hour looking after me and did the repairs on the spot. His knowledge and experience are impressive. Exceptional service. I can not thank him enough.

Good customer service. I needed help with a damaged carbon foil, and while they didn't offer the repair service for this themselves they assessed the damage and gave clear instructions of how I could go about repairing it.
