Hubby and daughter were shopping today.He got a crispy chicken deluxe, funny though there was no chicken on it!Not only this, the lettuce was brown and when he brought the buns and brown lettuce back over to address the situation he was met with negativity and downright rudeness, from Adrian the manager on today.If you don't want to work on new years, then don't. A smile goes a long way in the service industry.Hubby also observed that some of the staff seemed hungover from last night, not very professional is it?He then watched as a new burger was prepared because he requested a new one as they were just going to grab a chicken pattie and put it on for him, excuse me, what!Slapped together buns, brown lettuce and no chicken. You have one job, and you can't even do it right.If mcdonalds is past your skill level, I am seriously concerned for your future.I'm pretty sure it doesn't take a scientist to work there.Definitely not even worth 1 star. I was being generous.

Gluten free options are abysmal.Insisting on installing a new venue at already over trafficked intersection when there were plenty of alternatives in blatant disregard of community expectations showed that this company is in fact more interested in profiteering from, rather than in working with community, as a good corporate citizen should. Pity we don’t have negative stars.
