I dropped in for a quote to repair a few small rust holes under the bonnet of my old Nissan Patrol for a blue slip inspection. That was on a Tuesday. Paul, the owner, took photos of the rust holes and said he would give me a quote the next day. I told him I only had 14 days to get the repair done else I would need to pay for a second blue slip inspection.Paul never called back when he said he would. 3 days later no call back from him. I called on Friday even getting through to receptionist who informed me that he would get me a quote by Friday afternoon. Come late Friday, no call back so I called again. One of the workers said he went home early. I left a message on his mobile phone but no call back over that weekend from him. Getting a clear picture of the lack of professionalism here by this stage.I called back again on Monday the following week. He had the day off. Again spoke to the same worker as last Friday. Said it only takes a couple of minutes to make a courtesy call to a customer. He said Paul would call first thing Tuesday morning. Come Tuesday morning I called again as he hadn't called back at start of day. Paul answered the phone. As soon as I spoke he HUNG UP on me without a single word!! The phone then went to voicemail.How do you react to that? Having recently moved to the Laurieton area from interstate I didn't know anyone's reputation. I was told Camden Haven Panel Works were the only panel beaters in town. I wasted a whole week chasing up this man. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and can't believe that he behaved in this way. This man does not deserve anyone's business.
