This saddens me greatly and only due to a name on a card saying Merriwa. I have now changed my review from 2 to 5 as the lady is back. Michelle is one of your best assests.Very approachable, kind and helps me a lot. I didn't know how much I needed her help and support until this last 2 months. Her help with little things to help my mother with chemo as it is in those times too many things become overwhelming.So it is a phone call that adds to a bigger problem. My phone is now a worry I don't need.. The modem keeps a record of all phone calls but sadly at the time I had to reset which wipes the phone record.I give you five stars and put this behind me.As it seems a technical issue even affecting an email.Emily.
