Brenden, from the get-go has been fabulous to work with. The journey, from the moment we considered renting our home to today I've been impressed by his professionalism, attention to our needs, speedy responses to enquiries and no-pressure, honest conversations with us. It's a big thing to leave your hard-earned asset in someone elses hands. I've confidence in Brenden to keep me informed, and take care of our much loved home.

They will give your keys out to tradesmen without your permission, to do thousands of dollars worth of cosmetic work that you didn’t not approve or agree to. Brendan is the son of the owner Dennis- no surprise my complaints went unanswered after they were caught in a lie and Dennis has stopped replying to my emails after I asked for the dates of when my keys were given out, which legally I am entitled to know. I am working with Office of Fair Trading now as they admitted fault to me after telling me three different lies- all of which I have in writing; before ignoring my request for evidence. Not sure how a son is able to work for their father in this situation as no complaint against him is taken seriously after unauthorised work was done on my property which was then taken out of my rent payments. Enjoy the investigation Dennis!!
