When i went to Chris Latimer, i was in deep back and leg pain. I was told my concern at that moment should be my leg pain. Now my leg pain is gone and also i am seeing improvement in my back pain.Chris is very knowledgeable and experienced physio. Highly recommended.

I presented with left arm pain going down to my wrist which was worse when l drove the car. Chris gave me exercises and massaged my arm and said that it was coming from my neck. After a couple of visits the pain has subsided and an mri showed that l had a bulging disc in my neck. I would recommend Chris as he was so helpful in my recovery.

Finally after 2 years of a frozen shoulder injury Chris has my shoulder moving again. Getting 175° range of motion after only 3 weeks of massage and physio. Chris sent me home with a set of hand pulleys to use daily for various arm/shoulder exercises and these have been wonderful. In 3 weeks i have gained a range of movement and strength in my shoulder i havnt had in 2 years. My pain levels have all but gone and i am no longer taking and pain medication.

I have got treatment for my wrist injury here with Physio Se-Jin An and wish to express my full satisfaction of and gratitude for his professionalism and care to look after the patient's best interest.The service has a number of Physios specialised in various areas within physiotherapy to meet patients unique requirements.Located conveniently accessibly in Lakeside precinct with other medical services opposite the Pakenham Aldi and operating in collaboration with the Berwick Physiotherapy this is undoubtedly one of the best Physiotherapy service in the South eastern suburbs.

After a knee replacement, my surgeon Andrew Tang put me onto Chris Latimer at Pakenham Lakeside Physiotherapy. My knee has more bend, strength and proper treatment coming here than any other physio since it was replaced 3 years ago. I will never go anywhere else now I have been here. I highly recommend Chris. The receptionists are also on point!

We have consulted Chris Latimer about 6 years back for my wife’s knee issue and he did a great job to get rid of that her unbearable pain . So after a year he was the healer of my terrible knee pain as well. So in overall all our mates and friends are now with him for all their orthopaedic needs and concerns. It was good to have a conversation with a medical professional and not be talked AT and down to but rather on a personal 1 to 1 basis. I have used Lakeside Physio for many years. On this occasion I booked in Chris Latimer for a lower back injury that I'd sustained.He always ran on time and was extremely friendly, informative & caring.What I loved most about him was his knowledge, passion, experience (& sense of humour) & he a genuine ripper bloke!He articulated a plan of attack for me which I diligently followed and was moving much better in just over a month.He's an asset and I will continue to use him.
