My grandparents are still living at home and they have all the support they need. I can”t thank All Aged Care enough. The staff are fantastic.

We chose this provider as they were a smaller organisation who we thought would give us a more personal service. They struggled to provide staff, the cleaning staff who did attend said that she couldn't clean the shower because she couldn't bend down. Communication was appalling, staff just didn't show up for the permanent bookings and when we rang to query why, we were told they didn't have anyone to fill the shift. If we had our time again we would definitely choose one of the larger providers with more staff, experience and better customer service.

I called and spoke to the person looking after Home Care Packages for my mum. During the conversation, I realised I had spoken to the same person approx. 2 weeks before when I had called to request the same information. I had provided them with the full details of what my mother required and asked them to email me all relevant details such as availability for each service, costs and fees. They never emailed me. I advised the person that the I didn't want to work with a service who made promises they didn't keep and couldn't be bothered to respond to my first enquiry. So disappointing and unprofessional.

Thank goodness we found All Aged Care! Such a wonderful, caring and compassionate service provided. My Grandmother was so grateful and appreciative of the care she received and my family is forever thankful for the culturally appropriate care they provided for her at home and in their low care facility.
