Jasper at Panthom Engineering oversaw all of the construction engineering of our major home renovation. Jasper was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and although we are located a long way out of the city, was highly responsive to our needs, sometimes requiring tight turnarounds on design plans. We had noticed several signs of movement to our old house.We contacted Panthom Engineering who visited and conducted a thorough investigation which utilised modern measurement tools.Panthom produced an evidence based report which included historic satellite images showing how the area surrounding our house had changed and explaining how consequential soil changes impacted our house. The report also overlaid the measurements taken on our floor plan to serve as a benchmark for future comparison.The on-going service and advice from Peter Vossos has been extremely valuable in helping to implement the recommended solutions. I engaged Pantheon Engineering to obtain a Structural Engineering Report for a garage that backed onto a park that was cracking. Council sent me a letter requesting this be done, I had called a few places and they either didn't call back or weren't very helpful.Panthom Engineering solved all my problems and were very helpful in my view seeing I didn't really know what had to be done. Danny initially took the call and had someone out there the following week, each time I called he went above and beyond to help me understand the report.After report was sent to council I also received a call from Peter who was also extremely helpful and also went above and beyond to help me out. These guy's provide the old school customer service that you just don't see much of anyone. Highly recommend these guys.
