We recently stayed here to catch up with Family and Friends and rented a number of rooms.The facilities were excellent and the presentation and cleaning of the rooms was to be admired.The small touch of local fresh bread on arrival was really appreciated by all.Obviously run by skilled operators with great attention to detailCertainly recommend this property

We stayed here in 3 bed room apartment. It was very clean with all the needed facilities, tv in each room, comfortable beds, etc. Some toyes for kids and plenty of reading books. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the town, Woolworths next door and all the restaurants and shops around. The Marina is at walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

I went on a trip to Nelson Bay with 6 of my friends to celebrate our high school graduation. When booking a hotel room, we wanted one that would fit all of us, was in a good location and an affordable price. So we booked Unit 43 at Cote D'Azur. And it turned out better than expected.For 7 people and 4 nights, we reserved a three bedroom apartment for only $1772. And it was a great experience. The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfy, there were large flat screen TVs with Netflix, the kitchen had many appliances and there were two bathrooms. Additionally, there was a large balcony (where we ate multiple meals) looking over the swimming pool (which we swam in several times) and a beach view. The room was relatively clean BUT when we first arrived, there was an empty chocolate milk bottle inside a lamp, which shows the cleaners didn't thoroughly clean the apartment beforehand (I personally thought it was hilarious but yeah... not the cleanest).The location was great, as there was a Woolworths a few minutes away and a large selection of stores and restaurants around. The beach/wharf was a 10 min walk away.As for activities, I would recommend the 2hr Moonshadow Dolphin Cruise, where we met at the wharf. This was the highlight of the trip for me, as we could swim in the water, saw many dolphins up close and the staff were friendly (all for a good price of $40 per person) I would also recommend going to the sand dunes and trying out Quad Biking. It's a bit pricey at $110 per person and it is a little far away from the resort, but it was a really fun experience. We also went sand boarding.Overall, our trip was really fun and enjoyable and our apartment at Cote D'Azur made it so much better :)

The apartment was immaculately presented with fabulous views over Nelson Bay and toward the ocean.Tha layout was great with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bath and extensive living areas including an undercover verandah.The property is very well located, just metres from Woolies and close to everything. It has a large pool and excellent courtyard facilities.Most of all Pam the manager at the resort made our stay an absolute joy with her friendly, can do, manner and general attentiveness

Oh my goodness! I am so thrilled with my unit! Pam is just lovely and so helpful when I needed to call today. Only my 1st night of 4 and I am beyond impressed. Beautiful sub penthouse with absolutely everything you need, clean, stunning views and great service. My new regular holiday spot.

I previously stayed at Cote D'Azur and it was excellent. The apartment, the location and the service. I have booked again to stay shortly. I would like to express my appreciation to Pam who has been helping me with my booking especially when I needed to change the dates. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very helpful and friendly. This was my second stay here this year and it is just lovely. Clean rooms, well appointed, great staff and immaculate grounds. The pool was a great temperature and clean. This is my go to place to stay when I want a weekend away at the Bay. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd stay at the property, first as a group of 6 in Ilanga (Penthouse 33) which was absolutely amazing and then in Apartment 29 as a couple which was very spacious, great views and well equipped. Property location is fantastic: close to shops, restaurants and The Marina. Pam was amazing on both occasions, great communication and extremely helpful for both bookings. She went above and beyond expectations. Also special thank you to Chris who also went above and beyond. We will be back again!

Amazing place to stay, Manager Pam can’t do enough for you. Clean tidy unit, pool maintained beautifully, amazing views, close to shopping centre. Can’t wait to rebook for our 6th year. Highly recommend.
