Such a wonderful, light filled and wholesome place!I came with a very specific health issue that had been ongoing for years, and the beautiful Zara managed to fix me with acupuncture and Chinese herbs!All the practitioners and staff members are lovely and warm and I always feel safe and reassured whenever I want to make a booking, because I know I’ll be treated exceptionally :)So happy with my results!

I’ve been seeing Kim (Kinesiology) for about 6 months or so. I was feeling pretty stuck in life due to some health challenges. She truly is a natural for healing for the mind, body and soul. I can feel the changes within me happening during our sessions. Ive learnt to trust my intuition, whereas I always doubted it in the past. Even though I’m still on a crazy health ride and living all those up an down moments life throws at us I feel like I can do with more strength, positivity and happiness..

I had severe back pain coming from knotted muscle in my shoulder area. It was restricting my movement, making it a struggle to get in and out of the car as well as disrupting my sleep.Zara used a combination of acupuncture and other advanced techniques to reduce the pain to almost nothing in one session.With a follow up session the following day she had it completely gone like it was never there. Amazing!

OMG! AMAZING!!!I have suffered from chronic leg and knee pain for more than 12 years. Have seen many doctors and specialists over the years with little to no benefit. With only one treatment with zara using accupunture and Chinese medicine, my pain has settled and I managed to sleep a whole night through without taking strong medications for the first time in many years. Can't thank Zara enough and looking forward to my recovery journey with her. Highly recommend Zara.

I am a spartan racer and endurance athlete. I had an on-going hip flexor issue that no one could fix, no matter where I went. Zara's acupuncture technique fixed this. I am incredibly amazed and can't get over it. I have no issues now. I highly recommend seeing her.
