Don't go near this place. This is the second time I am using them. Both times, the jackets were just returned without cleaning, but charged an outrageous amount. I think its time to lodge a formal complaint. I don't think they do anything on the items, just return in a plastic bag saying its done, but not at all cleaned!!! If there is a zero rating I would use that.Be warned, if you are after dry clean, don't go here.

When I needed the laundromat I couldn't find it. But when I wasn't looking for it, I came across it in the the undercover parking area. Needs more photos of its surrounding area so people can locate it easier.

Worst dryers, they dont bother to fix it.. complaint many times to the owner, they said they have fixed it but they lied.

Located in the under cover car park at the base of the escalator up to Hoyts. They only have small 6kg machines and you can't wash doonas, blankets etc which was the reason I went there. $5/wash load takes 27mins. Dryer $1/10mins.

Broken machines all the time, not enough dryers, no place to park, dry cleaning the worst- took a blanket there that smelt worse than before dry cleaning coz it hadnt been dry cleaned.. Still charged me a large price.. Worth the drive to a different laundromat...

Laundromat washing machines work okay, although only 6kg capacity. Only two of the three dryers work. We were told that the broken down dryer could not be repaired. If this is the case, then the broken down dryer should be replaced. Good location in the undercover carpark, but all the dryers need to be working to avoid people having to wait for the machines...

Broken machines, not enough dryers, all coin operated, (no eft cards) and dryers sometimes dont heat. Its worth it to drive to the next closest laundromat.

Absolutely terrible, Google says til 6pm on Thursday. I called at 4pm to ensure that was the case. Woman who answered was short unresponsive and quite frankly rude. Not willing to stay open to 6pm. Dont go there. Dont give them your money.

Shocking customer service! When i came to pick up my dress i was informed that it had been accidentally shipped off to another store but would be back 2 days later. Again it wasnt there when i came back for the second time. Third time lucky, I finally got the dress back but not in time for the occasion i was going to wear it. With barely an apology i was offered a whole 20% discount for the trouble. I understand that mistakes happen but good customer service should make up for it.Simply Unprofessional.
