Paul and team have been our choice for a number of years now - 2 vehicles and 3 caravans later they still excel. Good old fashioned service and follow-up.

Beware...your warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I bought a slimline 100ah battery through a retailer and since worked out the batteries do not have an effective battery management system where even the low voltage alarm continues to draw power and flatten the battery to the point it cannot be recharged. I live in Sydney and so agreed to pay freight to ship my battery back to Perth to be repaired under warranty". The owner fixed the battery and then wanted to charge me an extra $484 to fix it. I decided to cut my losses and replace it with a DCS battery that charges off the alternator and it works a lot better. The owner has a bad temper and is not pleasant to deal with when things go wrong. Not the only review that appears to say he is "angry". Disappointed with the service and would warn you to consider other more effective options for your battery. You'll hear every excuse under the sun and he won't take responsibility for his products post sale. Absolutely disgraceful."

Paul and his team are absolutely wonderful. I was so lost with the power issues in my van, so Paul was able to do a diagnosis and find the most cost effective solution. Not only that, he was also able to fit me in because I was leaving town a few days later.Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, clean and organized workshop. I will 100% trust Paul and his team and would highly recommend to anyone!

We have been customers of Install A Gadget for over 5 years and Paul and Jake have installed multiple systems to my Landcruiser tow vehicle, a large offroad caravan and lately a small Tvan camper trailer. Paul also installed a very large system in a 4x4 truck that I built with a friend.
