Absolutely trash. Waited 2hrs for our delivery and when we went to call they had taken the phone off the hook. Had to go pick it up and they were dishing out orders well after ours. Food had no taste and there was hardly any meat mostly batter. Then they made us pay full price for all this. Don't go here.

I have ordered from them Many times before. Not only was my Satay Sauce not tasty, it was like water. After I paid $5 for delivery, as I am unwell, and couldn't go to the shop. I now have to wait until I am well and go to the store to collect my refund because it was paid for on card. When ordering online there is No Choice other then to pay on card. Then when I ask to speak to the Owner" who has been there at the phone the whole time

Our family ordered from Ocean Melody last night. After a huge day, we decided last minute to order in and requested delivery to Fennell Bay.The order seemed to arrive in no time. There was definitely no clock watching.I ordered online. The ordering process is easy. I did call to ask if they offer gluten free options to which they happily happily that they do and I could just request GF options in the comment section at the end of order.We were so impressed with what arrived.All dishes were labelled GF or not GF and an added bonus of happy, cheeky smiley faces on the containers. This little gesture really made our day after an emotional day earlier - thank you Ocean Melody.The food, as always was delicious too.

We order combination omelette, mongolian beef, and ham and chicken rolls. Hardly any protein in dishes, no much taste in sauce and food arrived cold. Very disappointed

Never again! Came back after a poor experience 12 months ago and got dealt exact same card but worse. Items missing in order, unable to contact by phone, and just poor quality food in the end. Will not be going back....

We had Garlic Prawn and Stir fried Chicken Pork which was really of no taste. Garlic Prawn had way too much onion and didn’t taste anything. And the second dish was also not tasty. Lady at the counter was friendly but seemed to be too much rush.

Very happy with our meals. I am very fussy when it comes to Chinese food. The honey chicken and sweet and sour pork were amazing and exactly how they should be. The Mongolian beef was very tender, definitely not chewy, only slight issue was it tasted a little different to most Mongolian I have tried, but overall great value for money and yum!!
