I don't usually complain about take away places,but,the girl behind the counter had the personality of a toilet brush,2 tables uncleaned,floor dirty underneath them,very ordinary indeed

Slow service & when I ordered the young man gave me a 'no sugar' Pepsi without asking. Then when I did say what Pepsi I wanted, he frowned & then with a deep breath grabbed the can from the fridge. I ordered potato & gravy & then after driving down the road & wanting to eat this, there was no spoon or serviettes. Totally inappropriate.

Not sure if they lacking staff or lacking good organisation. But their drive thru service, is shocking, non disciplined staff standing around talking instead of serving. Food was cold and backed up orders.

Absolutely disappointing and dirty. Cleaning needs to be upgraded. Remove auto ordering devices and bring back the people at the front desk, so there is mishaps.

Waited in drive-through for 25 minutes. Got a family feast. It's wasn't up to standed. No hot and spicy. Forgot the coleslaw and had to ask them for my drink .chicken just chucked in the box all broken up .our two chips only half full .worse KFC iv ever had .won't be back .don't waste your money here .Mitchell highway kfc .

How this place hasn’t been shut down is beyond me. We pulled up for a quick lunch on our way through town, the toilets were filthy, with syringe packets and rubbish on the floor, I walked straight back out. The dining area was filthy with food all over the floor, if the dining area was so bad I would have hated to see the kitchen. We ended up eating elsewhere. Don’t waste your time going there unless you are a health and safety officer.

Much rather KFC in wellington, but does the trick. Lovely, juicy, tender, crunchy chicken can be found at this establishment. Personally, the hot and crispy fill up is the best meal at this KFC, and the best value in my opinion. Much love for this KFC and all its wonderful workers

Really poor service. Ordered online went in to collect and took for my partner to go up to the counter to ask where our food was (after waiting over 10 mins and they werent even busy) for them to actually start getting it ready. They forgot to put in items as well which we had to go back in for. Food was basically cold by the time we got to eat it because of the waiting around for the missing items. Had better service and friendlier staff at other kfcs, thankfully we were only passing through Dubbo.
