Not a bad or.exceptional place. Easy to get to quiet central to all of Toowoomba.Rooms were clean and well stocked. Usual traps of mini bar to get extra $$ . Moderate noise of a morning so be expected to wake at 7.

What a delightful and unexpected surprise. I went for a meal with a friend who was visiting Toowoomba. He was staying at the Platinum for a week. He said that the room and service was great. The restaurant was terrific. The service spot on, the ambience of the area great. Highly recommended

Awesome food.Chef is the King but forgot to mention on checkout after 5 days.Rooms both King and Spa rooms were great!Only negative was alcohol and clothes left in a drawer but 2 days later couldn't be located so mrs was a bit upset about certain items not recovered.

Loved our stay here. Very clean, large room.Dinner delivered to our room was excellent and the staff were lovely.Would definitely stay here again.

Good amenities, pool is super cold, no heating. Rooms are decent and a good size. Located in an industrial area, not very close to CBD

Promised a quiet room and was handed one with a 24 hour service station outside. it seemed to be our fault when this was mentioned as the receptionist said 'Well, you signed and checked in'Not for me - never again.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Close to shops and a pizza place. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was great. Only unfortunate experience was while parked at reception waiting for my wife to settle our account a very rude woman abused me for being there. Hopefully she is not staff !!

Friendly staff and easy check in and out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet room with air conditioning. The walk in shower is great. The TV has no streaming services so limited to free to air. No casting ability. Overall a very comfortable stay and would stay again.
