Great customer service! Kate was so kind and patient and answered every question without hesitation! She knows her stuff and the camera she recommended is amazing. I've always found all the staff here quite helpful but Kate is a real gem! She even hooked me up with a free sd card and gave me a discount on a lens - very much appreciated! I'll be back here for all my camera gear!

I bought a lens for my Sony camera and a couple of accessories here while travelling through Cairns on holiday. The staff were helpful and friendly and price-matched a competitor. They also ordered something for us that they didn't have in stock. Would recommend.

Only facility available to reproduce rare negative format pictures!! The wife had some of her rare and precious family negatives produced for the first time, in a long time, some of her relatives have long gone, and the photos are welcome memories

We were having problems downloading and installing the firmware for our Panasonic Camera. The Camera House crew went above and beyond in installing the firmware for us. This sort of service is hard to find these days. Many thanks to The Cairns Camera House crew!

I am a Pro photographer and am always updating my camera bodies, lenses and drones so I spend quite a lot and always look for the best deal. I have found Kate to be a wealth of information, always friendly and has a sharp pencil where I almost always get a better deal than what I can find online without asking. To say that Kate is a camera geek would be an understatement and both her’s & Garrick’s service has been consistently outstanding over many years.
