Nice day to be out enjoying the sunshine on this cool winter's day.Full table service at this Coffee Club restaurant. Appreciate the care and service of the friendly staff, especially after all the restriction we have had these past few years.Ordered a Nasi goreng and a sweet potato & pumpkin soup. The Nasi goreng fried rice was light and fluffy, with wok fried aroma and lightly favoured. The soup was thick and creamy, with pumpkin seed garnished on top.

My husband and I went there for some breakfast. We sat down at a table that had plates of food and drink all over it ( all the available tables still had leftover food and drink On them) We sat there for about five minutes watching a lady clean other tables without customers sitting at them before I called her over and asked her if she can clear our table. Once our table was cleared she offered us a menu we said we didn’t need one as we knew what we wanted to order. We told her what drinks we wanted and before we could order food she walked off. She then came back, put the bill on the table and left. It was the worst service we have ever had. We ended up walking out.

Went for the dinner and the food was good. They also arrange some art and painting sessions in this cafe..nice place to go and have food in outdoor seating.

Food was reasonable for a quick breakfast, and the meals were relatively inexpensive. Poached eggs were a little over cooked, but otherwise okay. Staff were friendly and we were served quite quickly.

Had breakfast on a Sunday morning, friendly staff and good atmosphere, not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation. Food was great and staff accommodated alterations to menu for dietaryrequirements. Friendly staff and reasonablely quick service.

If it wasn't for the friendly staff I would have given it a 1 star. We waited 30min for the food. The calamari was not even close to warm, I got the wrong order which they quickly replaced to be fair. However, the right order wasn't that right. The salmon egg benedict was average. It was missing it richness and taste and the hollandaise sauce was missing that rich flavour that I expect just like other cafe's I've tried. It tasted a bit plain. Will probably not come back here.

Compliments to the chef. The Coffee Club is not typically a cafe of first choice being that its part of a franchise and we’re in the habit of visiting independent businesses however, in this case and due to the chef - we were impressed with both presentation and deliciousness of the food.Would of provided 5 stars ⭐️ however, service was only satisfactory. Not sure if that had anything to do with being a public holiday or not, or if the waitress was simply having one of those days. A smile and eye contact can go a long way, need I mention appreciation just to have a job.We weren’t overall impressed with the coffees mostly due to choice of coffee beans. But if you’re not too fussy then you’ll probably not mind.Overall, our visit has made us rethink franchised businesses. So well to the chef and his team out the back.
