I paid $120 for gel hand extensions. Very badly done and I would never go back again. The nail sizes and thickness are different and not consistent and the excuse was because they had to keep my baby calm lol

WORST NAIL SALON EVER - DO NOT VISIT HERE. I left the salon traumatised and in tears. did not once receive an apology and had to wait 3.5 hours and pay $60 for nothing.I called an hour before to book an appointment at 4:30. I got there and had to wait another 40 minutes as they overbooked and were busy. I asked for mani and pedi French tips with shellac. The lady shaped and cut my nails which was fine but when she put on the shellac nail polish she left marks everywhere on my nail and there was small hairs on them. When I brought this up to her she acted as if she couldn't see them when they were really obvious. I was polite about it as I thought she would just fix them easily. she stated she thought it was my nails but my nails are healthy, in very good condition and don't have marks on them. She removed the polish and you could see there were no marks on my healthy nails. She then repainted them but the marks were back again. She then went to another client and another lady came to do my nails who was very rude the whole time. She repainted my nails but there was still a few marks on them from the nail polish.The white French tip was also done terribly and not even. I did tell her I did not want my nails to look chunky with three coats of nail polish on them. She proceeded to put three coats on them and was very rude and kept telling me it would be fine and to put them in the light. After she finished I told her they are too chunky and I did not like them but she said they were fine and told me to move to the pedicure seat. Hesitantly I went to start my pedicure and after the man had scrubbed my feet I told him to stop as I didn't want to get a bad pedicure also and was feeling super unhappy about the terrible manicure I had just gotten. I then went back to sit down so the lady could remove the nail polish. she removed my nail polish and told me it would be $70 just for the cut and shaping of my hands and toes. However the man did not cut or shape my toes as he just scrubbed them and I told him to stop. The lady started raising her voice while I was in tears and told me to pay $60 for absolutely nothing. This has left me feeling terrible. The lady did not apologise for anything and charged me for services that were not done at all and left in worse condition then when I came in. My natural nails were in great condition before this and very strong but now look horrible as she used the nail drill on them too much. I was in this salon for 3.5 hours and came out with thin nails and no mani and pedi. please do not go here as I was left traumatised from my experience. She has not contacted me for a refund of this nor apology and I will be advising others not to come here.

I first tried this nail salon today - my regular nail specialist is now on maternity leave so I was looking for a new place to start doing my nails permanentely at.I got shellac done on my toenails and SNS on my fingernails. Rose did my pedicure and a shellac colour and Laura - SNS.Perdicure shllac - $55SNS without manucure - $45 and I got offiered a $5 discount (most probably as I was a first-time client).Overall I am happy with my nails. the only thing is that I wish my finger nails weren't as think and looked more elegant.The salon itself is a bit worn out and needs a bit of paint. I did like the nail specialists - they were all friendly and tried to do their best.

Took my client here for her first nail salon experience, we both had photos with us and had sent them in prior to get quotes / book. Laura was so helpful and accommodating to us having a complicated booking though it was so busy as it is Christmas. The nail art she did was exactly like the picture and the nails for my clients also like the picture very happy.Have been going to Nailtopia since the previous location happy for them for the new salon. Hope the be back for a pedicure soon.

Only go if you can wait more than 30min for your turn. Then, wait for small piece job here and there, where it takes 1h30 to 2h to get manicure and pedicure done. Great work but absolutely no respect for your time!They say you should book a time to avoid the long wait. Well, I booked an appointment for 5.30pm on a Thursday (yes, busy time). Arrived at 5.45pm, was invited to sit at the massage chair where I waited for 20min. Just pure wait - no colours to pick, no nail soaking of any kind. After that, I was given colours to choose and some water for soaking. Another 10min wait and no signs that I’d be next.I had enough and walked off. I’ve seen other people do this too. For me, this was the third time they made me wait for over 30min to get treatment. They should just say they’re too busy or explain the long wait upfront. Very disappointing.Be aware.

I have been going to nail topia for a few years now and always happy with the product at the end. I understand that they get busy and have high demand of people coming in so if you’re okay to wait or do some grocery shopping then that passes the time. Love the nail artist there - always so friendly and caring ❤️

I’m not happy at all with the service I got on Tuesday.It was a a girl that had no name badge.She was rude and not experienced at all.Amy was one of the girls was working there too and she was so rude too.I was overcharged and the girl that had no name badge didn’t know what she was doing at all.I wanted glitter and didn’t even get that all and told me it was supposed to be the way it was.They told me it was $55.00 and they charged me $65.00 and it was not even worth the price.I had to get my nail fixed at a different nail place and I’m never going back ever again.

Excellent, clean nail salon and really well priced. Very transparent with their pricing list that is available on their website. Easy to book in through their Facebook page. My new local and I'm very happy about it. Staff are lovely and friendly and do an thorough job. I enjoy having a regular pedicure with shellac and they just do a fantastic job. They also have a really great selection of colours for nail polish.
