North Shore Ventilation - Sub Floor Ventilation
It was installed three years ago, and we have been very pleased with it since then. The combined cooling and heating with ventilation makes for a comfortable environment all year round. In spring and autumn, when ambient temperatures are lower, the home's heating from the warm air in the roof space is a major benefit which cuts heating costs. The investment was well worth it.

Alex and Sam were a great help, my daughters sub floor needed had damp problems and was damaging the foundation. They installed a 2 fan system that works great and is really quiet. I will definitely use them again.
