Sam did a wonderful job when our puppy had his first ever grooming visit. She was very gentle with him and he came home looking fantastic.

I’ve been taking my (almost) 1 year old groodle Daisy to Sam ever since she was a tiny pup! Daisy is now 22kg and very strong with boundless puppy energy. Sam is super gentle and has never missed a beat. She always makes Daisy look and feel like a princess! Sam has a clear love for dogs and will always treat your pup with the highest degree of care and ethical integrity. There is also a high chance of treats and pats! Daisy loves coming to get pampered and she gets so excited when we pull into the driveway. If you want a high quality service with a groomer you can trust, I could not recommend Sam more highly!

Sam’s care of Caspian has been evident by his sense of calm every time I collect him. (He’s even happy in her bath!)Sam is able to style Caspian so he looks like a cavoodle, not just a ‘shaved dog.’When my friends see photos of my groomed Caspian, they’ve told me I should never go to another groomer (and I won’t!)

Sam is so incredibly caring for each and every dog she grooms. My girl is very timid but she is so happy and calm when she comes back from Sterlings and that’s all because of Sam :-)

We had our first visit to Sterlings dog grooming this morning and we will be back. Great service from Sam and I don’t think our Pepper girl has ever looked so happy at the groomer. Highly recommend taking your fur babies here!
