Went to swan pools this morning, extremely poor customer service , sarcasm , blank stairs and making someone feel stupid when asking for advice , walked out without buying will not return!!The fact that you reviewed the footage and thought it was ok says a whole lot about the customer service , being sarcastic with a rude tone to a customer is not acceptable , he was not being helpful just rude, which is why I walked out.

Went to swan pools to get our pool sample checked, and was greeted with no friendliness just sarcasm and rudeness, if you can’t be bothered dealing with the public do not seek employment in this sort of job. I was not rude to you or sarcastic. I have always frequented your shop, but will now be taking my business elsewhere, such a shame as the owner and other members of staff are very friendly and helpful, and we always like to support local and family businesses. There are plenty of pool shops in Midland that will appreciate the business if you don’t want it.

I have used Swan Pools for many years and the staff has been friendly and helpful on each and every occasion. Importantly they have at all times sought to provide the best and most cost effective solutions. There have been more than a few times when they advised me not to buy additional products because they felt it would not have made a difference and one one occasion they encouraged me to repair the chlorinator I had rather than buy a new one which I was prepared to do (which turned out to be very good advice).

Appalling treatment and contradictory advice. Bolshie, overbearing attitude leaves customer service seriously lacking. Had my mother in tears. No one deserves this kind of experience. Will NEVER return!

Over Christmas my pool controller failed. Swan Pools lent me one while mine was repaired. The staff are friendly and helpful, know what they're doing, and the prices for supplies, parts and repairs are super reasonable. I can't speak highly enough of this business.
