CONSUMER BEWARE! We got a quote from this business and we decided to go ahead with the quote provided, however there was no response for 4days after a second sms was sent and many phone calls unanswered. When they finally responded on the 5th day, we replied back to confirm the job and never heard back and phone calls unanswered again. Rude and ridiculous customer service. Find yourself someone else not worth it.

My neighbour had roller shutters installed and recommended us to SM Roller Shutters.We had 2 big roller shutters put in. The service was great from the first phone call until when they were fully installed. They were always on time and the workers were polite. The price is also great compared to the others quoted to me.We've had them for couple of months now. Love them. The rooms are now pitch black and much warmer. My kids slept much better and they even slept in on the weekends (which never happened before!) - a bonus for us haha.Thank you, SM Roller Shutters.
