Truecare Physiotherapy Maffra

I went and saw Mouli because I was so stiff and sore in my hip flexors and lower back. It was affecting my sleep, moving, bending, standing and sitting, all of which were painful. It got to the point even walking my legs were giving way and my back was sore and stiff. Over the years I have tried gym, massages, stretching, hot Epsom salt baths, anything to get some relief and nothing worked. Mouli assessed me and started me on clinical pilates (which they have a designated room out the back). Within the first 2 sessions I noticed I wasn't as stiff and sore and I was pain free when walking. I've now done about 5/6 sessions and I wish I'd found him sooner. Everyday movement, driving, walking my dog, playing with my grandkids is fun again.I am looking forward to becoming even stronger, flexiblle and agile without pain. Pain and stiffness doesn't have to be normal as we age. I highly recommend Mouli and truecare physiotherapy.
