Being the only Trek supplier in Bendigo, and it just being Christmas we thought we were chasing a unicorn trying to find my son the bike he wanted for his Birthday. Gave the guys a call, they took my details and searched their warehouse for the one we are after. Rang the next day to advice they had one in the warehouse waiting for us to pick up. Very happy with their service and the complimentary first service.

Amazing service! I just dropped in during a ride with a quick question about something that wasn't working on my bike. Had such great service and advice that I immediately booked the bike in for a full service, as well as a few replacement parts. Friendly, approachable staff - I'm not an expert or hard core rider but still felt welcome. We actually returned the next day to buy a new bike for my partner because we were so impressed. Thanks to the whole crew!

Purchase a Trek Hybrid and am very happy with it. Also, the knowledge and prompt service by the staff was very much appreciated. Would recommend giving these guys a visit if looking for a bike.

Simply the best! There’s a reason I drive 1.5hrs to this shop - the service Ben, Corey, Leroy and the crew deliver is simply first class. It’s worth the 3hr drive time every time. The quality of their work shows the pride and passion they have for cycling. Ya won’t find a better tech than Corey! Cannot speak more highly of this shop and the team behind it.

Ben was fantastic to deal with, he went out of his way to get me the bike I wanted, that wasn’t in stock, within a matter of days. He kept me informed of when it would be here and ready to go and had it ready exactly when he said it would be. Great work from the team at CycleScape Bendigo, one very happy customer here.
