Been going here for years and always ALWAYS been treated great... today I went in to buy some glass jars and when I got them home I found a crack in the bottom of one (they are cheapish these things happen) so I sent my partner straight back to get it swapped only to have him called a liar and refused a swap. Needless to say we are not happy.

The staff really need to be given some customer service training, or find another career path; as retail is not for them! I was hoping they were just having a bad day when serving me but after looking at the reviews, it seems it’s a common occurrence. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere if you can. I will never return!
