If I could have given zero stars I would have. After my atrocious shopping experience today (and after spending $300 on my grocery shop) I will be changing my shopping habits and going to Coles and the IGA. Saturday morning and 2 checkouts open !!?? I was lined up waiting for just over 30 mins. Young man at checkout seemed aloof and as though he disliked his job very much. No apology for delay or anything. Walked out feeling like a very devalued customer hence the reason I will be bringing my money elsewhere from now. What a shameful excuse for customer service by Australia's leading retailer.

Weirdly run down but not run down. A bit dark and dingy with a limited selection. Hard contrast to the bright and airy Coles a few doors up. I'm a woolies man but will skip this store in favour of Coles..

Not to dissimilar to others apart from the layout is a little odd for me. Otherwise has all the bits you need just nothing real standout about it is all.

It's well position staff ar helpful in many ways there is one issue for self-service only 2 cash check outs & 4 card only

I enjoy this store due to it's size and range of products. Well stocked most of the time with nice wide isles. Self serve area works well even when when it's busy. There's always attentive, helpful staff to facilitate any problems. Plenty of parking is available in the mostly covered area outside.

Knocked on door of pickup as had not received sms. Unhelpful, boarding on rude staff member would not send out goods even when shown email that pickup was ready. On the reverse, the young girl who finally rolled out goods was curtious and helpful
