our business bought two community BBQs for a newly revamped BBQ swimming pool area.they have not worked properly since day one, we have made numerous phone calls to Heatlie and all they can say is you must be doing something wrong.or someone has tampered with it, these bbqs are upwards of 5k each are the biggest waste of money.equally the service provided by Heatlie also matches there BBQs terrible.do your research before you buy.

Absolute waste of money. I bought an inbuilt bbq and from word go the burners were erratic.I had to always lift the plate before igniting the burners because unless it was at night with the lights off, you wouldn't know if it was alright.I had it serviced and soon after it played up again so I just gave up and used my weberq.I rented the place out for 3 years and came back in April 22 and checked if it would work. Now the front burner doesn't stay on so I contacted Heatlie and they said they would get back to me. A month or so later I called again and they said to take photos. I took videos instead. Fast forward to this week after absolutely no response I called and demanded to talk to the manager.All he wanted to do was talk over me so I bluntly told him where to go.He told me to get it serviced by a gas plumber.AND HERE IS THE KICKER. HE TOLD ME HE HATES DOING WORK ON HEATLIE BBQS AS THEY ARE SUBSTANDARD AND MOST OF HIS CUSTOMERS REPLACE THEM WITH BETTER OPTIONS. IN ADDITION TO THE ABSOLUTE UNRELIABILITY, THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.that's exactly what I found as well. Buyer be ware.

Purchased the stainless lid for our Heatlie IGE. Excellently made and looks great. Arrived really quickly too. Love all our Heatlie products so far.
