An amazing experience! Saw Phil, who is very knowledgeable and explained my injury and the body mechanics which caused it, was able to offer some relief in the form of dry needling and massage and put a recovery plan in place, with great videos and information to follow along with. Plan was not generic but based off my current load and future goals which I very much appreciated. A fantastic physio, and will be back!

Emily's pilates classes for splits flexibility are so juicy in the best way! It's a small group and Em always adapts the guidance for each individual so it's genuinely suitable to all levels. The classes seem to attract really open and friendly humans, which creates a really supportive and fun training environment. I was initially skeptical about training flexibility at 7.30am, but I have to say it's turned out to be a sensational way to kick off my week.

Came for the physio, stayed for the Pilates. Emily is a phenomenal instructor who is not only passionate and knowledgeable, but can also give bespoke exercises, even in a full class. I love the group environment and still feel like I get the one on one attention of a personal session. I genuinely can’t recommend Emily and her classes enough, she has helped me improve my mobility and stability which has prevented recurring injuries. Thanks Em!

Working with Phill has easily been the best physiotherapy I've ever received. The team at Evolutio listen intently to the problem and are hugely insightful when explaining the solutions. The use of tech to generate data insights about your injury and performance, which then inform your treatment, are also outstanding.
