Purchased our beautiful leather recliners here and had a great experience from in store selections to delivery in the expected time frame. Delivery included setup and testing of our recliners, along with a product care package. Delivery was included in the price, which was great.

Very happy with the customer service and quality products like our new Westport sofas and pampas. We had to wait for the delivery of the sofas but it was worth the wait.

Freedom need to ask more questions for oversized items for delivery. The delivery drivers were wonderful and communicated fantastically.When I ordered my couch I informed the lady that I lived on the first floor, however I have two sets of standard size staircases that could be used, she said that's fine and didn't ask me any other questions. This week I was informed of the delivery so I sold my old couch, and when my new couch came to be delivered today it was found that it couldn't be delivered as it was too large for the staircase. The delivery drivers were fantastic and informed me that this happens frequently with Freedom as they obviously don't enquire enough with oversized items.When I called Freedom I was very upset as I had spent thousands of dollars on a couch, waited for months for this couch to be delivered and had sold my old couch. I spoke with Jennifer, the Store Manager who was incredibly rude, wasn't interested in really speaking with me and continuously spoke over me. Her customer service skills were close to zero and I didn't feel any sympathy from her at all and left the call feeling unheard and disrespected. I asked if I could speak with anyone else as Jennifer is clearly not a customer service professional and she said there was no one higher than her that could help me.I voiced my disappointment at the end of the call, saying to Jennifer that I felt like she had been incredibly rude and not sympathetic at all, which she responded to with okay". No apologies or real concerns.Disappointing situation all around

I am still waiting on furniture I ordered back in March. I was told 9 weeks and every time we get closer to the date I get a further email saying it’s another 6 weeks away. I will never purchase a furniture piece from Freedom again. I can’t believe they are able to sell you something that you wait up to a year for and not allow you to get a credit. I’m worried that if I eventually receive my furniture it’s going to be out of fashion. So disappointing. I would never have purchased if I knew it was going to take this long
