We were so pleased to find McQueens to help us begin our home rennovations, they came with high recommendations from friends and other home owners in our street. We originally wanted our kitchen remodelled and ended up also having the bathroom redone, some cabinetry made up for the laundry as well as new flooring through out the whole house. The whole team of office staff and tradesman involved in every step of the process were amazing. I was so grateful for the speed, efficiency and calm way they worked through small hiccups like material unavailablitly and coordinating workers to ensure the job was completed within the expected time frame. Clear communication was maintained throughout the job and the tradesman ensured we understood exactly what was happening by patiently explaining things through and making sure we were comfortable and happy with every decision. The quality of the work carried out was fantastic, we are so happy with the results. A huge thank you to the team and a huge recommendation from us to anyone thinking of using McQueens for any rennovations or remodelling.

I started warming up my car, walked back inside my house and my garage door handle broke off, leaving my garage remote and keys locked in there with my car running.One of the lovely guys from McQueen Property Maintenance arrived within 30 mins of my call and had me back into my garage in minutes.Fantastic, fast and friendly service. This company lacks in customer service. They are not willing to work with the on-site customer needs and requests as were very rude and disrespectful stating they were a ‘professional company and could be trusted’ regardless of anyone comfort level.Promised 8am attendance and missed the date. When called to complain was advised would receive a call back however only got a vague text message. Unsatisfactory poor communication throughout.

Junior who arranged all the draining and quotes was excellent to deal with, he was prompt, great communications and linked me to other services provided by McQueen (tree removal).Great communication from their office as well,confirming tradesmen on site. We contacted Michael at McQueen property group to have some work done . He had his electrician Luke come out and replace fans and switches in a few rooms and replace a few power points around the place . He turned up on time and was very courteous and helpful . Got the job done in reasonable time and cleaned up his mess before leaving . Great job done by all the guys involved , HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing qualified trades to get work done efficiently .

We recently renovated our home and the McQueen Group have been a life saver.From the first visit with Michael until the works were complete, it has been a pleasure to deal with such a wonderful group of professionals.We had Luke complete the full kitchen and bathroom renovations (plumbing) together with Jordan (electrician). Jordan also installed all new down lights and extra power points.Glenn worked his magic replacing and repairing our plaster work and we also had Jacob service our split system.The work was done to a high standard and everyone was respectful, helpful and just a joy to work with.The value for money is fantastic and I can’t recommend the McQueen group highly enough for all your property maintenance needs.Thanks so much guys!!

Highly Recommend Michael & his team of workers at McQueen Group. We are based in Ballan & Bacchus Marsh & use them for all sorts of maintenance jobs big and small. They have access to trades in all fields and do great large repair & renovation work. They have a great booking system that keeps us updated with our jobs which makes our job easier. Highly recommend them.
